TO WEAR A SMALLER SIZE, GAIN WEIGHT

 

Muscle weight, that is If two women both weigh 68kg and only one lifts weights, the lifter will more likely fit into smaller sized cloths than her sedentary counterpart.

 

Likewise, a 68kg  woman who lifts weights could very well wear the same size as a 63kg woman who doesn't exercise.

 

The reason: Although a kg of fat weighs the same as a kg of muscle, muscle takes up much less space... like 2-3 times less. You can get bigger muscles and get smaller overall if you lose the fat. 

The bulk so many women fear from doing weights only occurs if you don't lose fat and develop muscle as well.

 

So...Cut back on empty calories, eat nutrient rich whole food and high quality protein with each meal, drink 21/2 to 3 litres of clean water and add weights to your workout to build muscle, burn fat faster and lose cms. 

 

It’s all about how much muscle you have. Feed then clean and lean foods, put them to work at least 3-4 times a week and see the difference in your clothes.
